Can I order without an account?
Yes. Add products to your bag and enter your contact and delivery details at checkout. Email sign-in is optional.
What qualifies for free shipping?
South African courier orders with an items total from R3,500 to R5,000 qualify under the current shipping rule. Discount codes may change the eligible items total. Above R5,000, delivery is calculated at checkout. The progress bar follows the items in your bag.
Can I collect for free?
Yes, select free store collection in South Africa. Wait for your ready-to-collect email and bring your order number. Find the address and opening hours on our contact page.
How does payment work?
Choose iKhokha or PayFast when available. Card details are entered on the provider’s secure page. An order is marked paid only after payment is verified.
When will my order arrive?
Timing varies by destination and dispatch. See our shipping policy for estimates. Ask customer care if you need a delivery update.
